Reliable monitoring service

This isn't my first time ordering from Insecureweb. I've been a customer for over a year now, primarily using their White Label Dark Web Monitoring and getting regular Data Breach Alerts for my clients. The service has been consistently reliable. Compared to my initial experiences, the platform interface has even gotten a bit snappier. I appreciate not having to constantly worry about data breaches impacting my clients because Insecureweb usually flags things pretty quickly. It's why I keep coming back; the consistency in their monitoring and reporting is a big plus for my business.

Easy to get started

I was looking for something to help with dark web monitoring for my clients and stumbled upon Insecureweb. The free 15 credits per month thing was cool, let me try it out without any pressure. I used it for some basic PII Exposure Tracking and it seemed to work well. The platform was pretty straightforward to figure out. No complaints, it did what I needed.

Good data, slow support

I've been using Insecureweb for a few months now, mainly for their Breach Information Database and some Credential Leak Monitoring. The data quality is genuinely good and has been helpful for our MSP operations. However, I had an issue with an API query once and it took about 4 days to get a detailed response from customer service. It wasn't urgent, but it could be an issue for more time-sensitive matters. The pricing structure for MSPs is decent, especially with the volume discounts, which is why I stick with them.

Thinking of signing up for the MSP plan, but how does the pricing actually work? Like, is it per client, per employee, or what?

J Jeff Rodriguez 3 weeks ago
It's credit-based, so you use credits for checks. For MSPs, you get better pricing for bulk credits. I think they have a tiered system where the more you buy, the cheaper each credit gets.

Yeah, it's not a flat per-user fee. You buy credits, and then you use those credits to monitor clients or do specific searches. If you're managing a bunch of clients, the volume discounts are pretty good.

Is Insecureweb really legit? I'm seeing a lot of these dark web monitoring services now and it's hard to tell what's real and what's just hype.

Seems legit to me. Been using them for a few months for my business clients and the data seems pretty solid. They pull from a bunch of sources, not just one.

I've compared their results to some other tools like SpyCloud and they generally match up or even have more info sometimes. Not a scam, definitely real data.
